Tell me about your trip

We’ll talk about your destination, timeline, family, and budget in our 20-minute call. Then I’ll let you know how I can help.

I’ll handle the rest

If we’re a good fit, I build your custom itinerary and manage all the bookings. You just show up.

What to expect
1

Tell me about your trip

Destination, rough timeline, kids’ ages, what kind of trip you’re imagining; the more I know the more useful this call is.

2

I’ll tell you what’s possible

Realistic expectations, how my process works, what I can handle versus what you’d manage yourself.

3

We decide if it’s a good fit

If it is, we move forward. If it isn’t, no hard feelings. I’ll still try to point you in the right direction.

Questions before you book?

Here are the ones I hear most often.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes, completely. 20 minutes, no charge, no commitment. I want to make sure we’re a good fit before either of us invests further.

What should I bring to the call?

A rough idea of where you’d like to go, your family’s travel dates (even approximate), and any must-haves or non-negotiables. That’s it! I’ll ask the rest.

How far in advance should I book a call?

As early as possible. This is especially important for peak travel seasons like summer and the holidays. I work with a limited number of families at a time, so availability is real.

Do you work with families on a budget?

My services are best suited to mid-range to luxury family travel. If you’re looking for the cheapest possible option, I’m probably not the right fit, but I’ll always be honest about that on the call.

Do you book flights?

Yes, I book flights as well. There are instances where it may be a better fit for you to book your airfare directly. In those cases, I research and advise on the best flight options for your trip. I’ll point you to exactly where and how to book based on your situation.

What kind of support do I get once I’ve left for my trip?

I’m here for things that genuinely need a travel advisor: a real disruption like a canceled flight or a booking issue, or a question that calls for my expertise. Day-to-day requests once you’ve checked in (additional dinner reservations, new activity bookings, that kind of thing) are best handled directly with your hotel or resort (most have concierge desks built exactly for that). If you want more hands-on, in-destination support as part of your trip, we can talk about it upfront so it’s built into your plan rather than assumed.

What destinations do you specialise in?

Europe, Hawaii, Japan, West Coast USA, Mexico, Bali, and South Korea are where my experience runs deepest, but I work with families traveling worldwide.

Still have questions?
Just ask.

Send me an email and I’ll get back to you within one business day. No question is too small especially before you commit to anything.
